Luxe Wax Studio & Spa is the brainchild of La Grange-native, Andrea Smith. After serving several years in the U.S. Navy, Andrea decided to follow her passion for helping others feel good about themselves and pursued a career in the beauty industry. She became a licensed esthetician in 2011, and started Luxe Wax Studio as a home/mobile business based in Oak Park, Illinois.
She quickly developed a devoted clientele and outgrew her humble beginnings. Wanting to further expand her reach in the health and beauty industries, Andrea earned a Massage Therapist license in 2015. She then began looking for a location that could accommodate her burgeoning business, and decided to set up shop in La Grange.

Luxe Wax Studio & Spa is built on a foundation of a helping heart. Owner Andrea Smith has a passion for people, and utilizes her platform to help people in need. As a military veteran, she has gone from serving her country to serving her community. Each month, Luxe collects donations for a charitable organization or cause chosen by customers.

I just visited for the 3rd time this year and Andrea has been awesome every time! Super friendly and dope chick.
And hands down the best Brazilian wax I've ever had!
She uses a stripless wax that allows for way better accuracy around the sensitive areas, which in turns equals way less pain and no missed globs of wax!

Wow! What an amazing experience today with Andrea. I came in to get my eyebrows done after letting them grow out for a couple of months. I am also super sensitive to waxes but she assured me what to do if I broke out and made the waxing easy and nearly painless! Can’t wait to make this my brow spot!

This is the wax studio that the La Grange area needed! The atmosphere is welcoming, Andrea is so friendly and helpful and the results are great! She uses high quality wax that does not irritate the skin at all. If you go places that are not up to par or just alright - go to Luxe, there is a better option out there!
