Robert is, without a doubt, the best real estate agent I have EVER worked with (and I've worked with many). He's thorough, knowledgeable, prompt, and ALWAYS worked in my best interest! I worked with him on the sale of the building for my business. Afterward, I actually referred one of my employees to him & he helped her locate a building space to rent. I came across Robert looking for Landlord Commercial Lease Negotiation Representation. I called and he spent significant time listening to my situation and considering the scenario. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the negotiations were forced immediately and I was unable to use their professional services. Even with that he then followed up the next morning to get details of the situation and offer some advice.
