In 1974, Gary Gordon and Richard Grant were good friends and sailing buddies who would spend weekends in an old wine vat used as a hot tub on Mountain Drive. That year, they decided they needed to have one of their own. Young, ambitious and looking to have a good time, they went ahead and drew up plans to build one.
It was a success and they began building hot tubs for their friends. And more friends. And friends of friends. Both Gary and Richie suddenly looked around one day and realized they had a business going. Today, Gary Gordon remains onboard as professional consultant and CEO while Joe Bolger manages the day to day operations of spas and hot tubs, installations, repairs, and service.

Gordon & Grant is Santa Barbara's exclusive authorized dealer of Jacuzzi, Sundance, and Marquis Spas. Visit our downtown showroom to see Jacuzzi models as well as our custom wooden hot tubs. Visit our Goleta showroom to see Sundance and Marquis spas. Spas are as individual as people, so take your shoes off, climb on into a few gorgeous hot tubs, and determine which one is the perfect fit for you and your family.
Our wooden hot tubs are constructed from the finest Western Red Cedar, Alaskan Yellow Cedar, or Redwood available-clear, all heart, vertical grain and kiln dried. Each tub includes four galvanized steel rods, lugs, and redwood floor joists. Wooden hot tubs are assembled in our downtown shop or on site and can be shipped anywhere in the world with complete assembly instructions.
Gordon & Grant offers spa and hot tub services to maintain spas after purchase. We service more than 200 spas on a regular basis and travel from Carpinteria to Santa Ynez and Lompoc. Intended for frequently used rental properties, owners with children, or owners who have little time for spa maintenance.
