Quick and professional service, very reasonable prices (especially when it comes to buying a laptop), good warranty services offered. I had an issue with a laptop I bought from them that couldn't be fixed, and Luke had a new laptop there for me the next day, all set up and ready to go.

I had a rather unique issue regarding needing a specific program to work on an older operating system - that my dying laptop would no longer run. Luke suggested different options until we found one that ultimately worked. I was so pleased with his persistence, and thought his pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend.
