We are extremely happy with Ed's service!
He arrived on time (most contractors I've hired NEVER seem to show up on time...), was extremely knowledgeable, polite and completely trustworthy.
(I would feel comfortable giving him the keys to my house if I couldn't be there!)
He fixed our fridge in no time, and I was please with the bill, it was reasonably priced, no surprises there.
I can recommend Munch Appliance Repair without hesitation.

Ed was fantastic. From call-back to drive away. He saved me the cost (I was en route to buy a new one) and hassle of replacing my washing machine. He was able to quickly diagnosis it over the phone & the problem was just as he said. In addition, I received a little instruction in keeping it a-washing for many more years. After repairing the problem for the call, he then improved the daily operation of the machine. Before he left, he let me know that I had a great, solid machine that was in great running shape. Everything you’d want in a repairman.

Munch Appliance Repair recently fixed my washing machine that had been giving us fits. Sometimes it would spin and sometimes it would not. Very frustrating! He diagnosed the problem as needing a new clutch. Parts were ordered and overnighted. He was back the next day to fix the problem! Timely, affordable, and respectful. Highly recommend!
