PUMP FUEL: Fuel from the gas pump is power equipment's biggest enemy. Pump fuel contains ethanol, Ethanol has inherent properties that can cause corrosion of metal parts, including carburetors, degradation of plastic and rubber components, harder starting, and reduced engine life. Ethanol also absorbs water, causing even more problems.

Bought my first snow blower Nov 2020, Could not be happier, they listened
to my needs and directed me to the right Ariens to suit my needs. Delivered
to my drive way the next day. Driver took time to explain how to operate, which was great. First snow storm in Dec worked great. Right machine.
Thank You New England Power.

I took my Scots mower to NE Power Equipment. I had detached the deck. I asked to have a drive belt and pulleys installed. I have a copy of this message and directives on my phone. When I went to pick the power up, I was billed $680. The deck as I instructed was still detached. $213 was on my bill for and oil change, oil filter, air filter, and fuel shutoff. The labor for this was $125. It took their professional techie 1.09 hours to complete this job that was not authorized. I had changed the oil and filter a month previously and ran the mower for just one hour. The work that took him 1.09 hours

Horrible, horrible place to do business. I bought a used tractor online from these people thinking I was buying from a reputable place. First they wanted all my personal information over an unsecured email including my drivers license and signature, then they demanded a non-refundable deposit. Then the owner of the company was screaming at me down the phone that if I don't sign all papers by EOB he would take my deposit. Already a bad experience. When I got my tractor it would not start and I had to pay to take it to a tractor repair place and they found a broken wire connection. But then I find

Brought my Stihl weed wacker for a tune up in June (it ran fine, but a little rough) and they hit me up for $150. Put it in my shed and took it out last week for the first use and it ran so bad I shut if off in less than a minute. Brought it back for them to look at it and got a phone message saying it was "unrepairable". I stopped in to pick the unit up and they said the carb was shot and the gas did it. I had the same gas in the tank as when they tuned it up, and this was the first use. They charged me another $57 for a diagnostic charge. When I asked if they were serious, he stated "my guys

Whatever you do don’t let these guys work on your jet ski!
Maybe your lawn mower or chainsaw but their jet ski services are terrible. Falsely diagnosed my jet ski after I told them the suspected issue, then they installed the wrong spark plugs and also advised I needed service work that was not needed. All this was verified by a reputable dealer. When I spoke with the owner he continued to talk over me as I tried to explain my concerns and he told me he didn’t believe me. I paid almost $300 dollars and they didn’t solve the problem and installed wrong parts! Terrible customer service.

Stay away! Absolutely terrible customer service.
I was astonished at just how bad one company could be at customer service. The service guy Steve has no understanding of what it takes to speak to, and treat customers in a way that creates trust and loyalty. The tone and attitude from the minute I had a problem with the brand new tractor I recently bought from them was shocking. I literally mowed my lawn once and the belt broke and he basically accused me of having done something wrong, he questioned how many hours were on the tractor as if I had lied and did nothing to deliver just a basic level
