Sage Bleu was an absolute pleasure to work with. My partner and I were planning a small gathering for our elopement that quickly turned into a larger gathering than expected. After contacting Lavonne at Sage Bleu, all our worries of catering vanished. We were able to pick out a menu that worked, even with a few family members with dietary issues, with ease. The food was amazing, and the portions generous. It really made our special day that much better, we can't thank Sage Bleu enough!

Sage Blue catered my husband’s 60th birthday party, the food was delicious and beautiful with incredible service!! The team came out for a planning session, gave great recommendations for how we should decorate and set up, then pulled the entire evening together as if it was all effortless. We went to Canon Beach to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. We rented a house and had Sage Bleu act as our personal chefs for the night. Lavonne was simply the best. They brought everything in and helped us to celebrate a special night. It is something that my family will remember for ever. I can’t recommend Lavonne and Sage Bleu highly enough. We are now 6 months past the night, and my parents still rave about it.

Lavonne at Sage Bleu Catering delivered beyond our expectations! My daughter and son-in-law's wedding had to be rescheduled due to COVID along with the venue. Once we found Sage Bleu Catering, the stress level just vanished. We live in another state so the couple never got to even do a taste test. Wasn't a problem! We just went off of Lavonne's reviews and her expertise on what foods would work and - VOILA! - the perfect day. The food was simply amazing. I'm still thinking about the grilled steak. Everything was fresh and delicious and Lavonne also worked with our vegan guests. You cannot go wrong

Last year (2020) COVID canceled our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration at The Tolovana Inn. were able to celebrate our 51st and we can C our youngest daughter’s wedding. The Tolovana Inn staff and Sage Bleu Catering helped us reconstruct our celebrations. Everything was exceptionally well done.and we would highly recommend both Tolovana and Sage Bleu. They went above and beyond the call. They were easy to work with, anxious to please. Excellent food and exceptional service.
