We have 2 mobility carts that had flat tires. I couldn't get the tire onto the wheel so went to 3 different places and finally got the assistance I needed here. The staff was welcoming and were able to get the tires onto the wheels! I can purchase replacement tires from them instead of going online. That is a plus. They have so many bikes, carts, and all kinds of other recreational vehicles. Very informative and helpful staff!

For a powersports shop they are great. They were able to order a part that nobody else had. Yea it took a while to get it but it was in no way their fault. Overall though the people are awesome and very helpful. Little on the pricey side but there's a reason people pay the prices and that's for the level of service and part availability they have.

I've been visiting this place of business for a little over ten years now. As a potential buyer exploring to get back into motorcycles someday, we were always approached by the staff with a smile and always felt welcomed by everyone we encounter even though when I've mentioned we were just browsing around and thanked them for their effort of approach. The staff was always polite and encouraging to say "please don't hesitate to ask us if you have any questions". Skagit Powersports has friendly and intelligent staff that always make sure you're taken care of. They're the best in the area and I would recommend them a thousand times over. I have bought an R3 from them and have come in for a variety of other reasons including stuff for my other bike. Always a great experience and Bill is a cool guy.

Absolutely love the customer service and prices here! Every single employee I have encountered has shown me the attention-to-detail and care of my questions/needs like it was their own every time I have walked in there. Bill the owner is always cheerful and easy to talk to; Cassandra treats you like family and helps you get what your needs are, Jose is the motorcycle expert and will offer advice on any part/maintenance you might need. I highly reccomend this place to anyone needing work done on their toys or looking to get into the world of power sports.
