I cannot recommend this place enough! I went in for lip filler and saw the Nurse Practitioner, Rachel. I was super anxious but she was very patient and professional throughout my appointment- and my lips look AMAZING! I also didn't know just how many different services they have! I'll definitely be back!

My skin is a absolutely thriving due to my treatments at Vitali. Their expert injectors and aestheticians always make me feel so welcome. The front office staff is a delight. After a recent CO2 laser resurfacing the nurse practitioner, Rachel, checked in with me every day to monitor my healing. I highly recommend Rachel for all things filler, neurotoxins (Botox) and laser resurfacing. Jenna has done amazing hydrafacials for me too. Go see them 😍😍😍

UPDATE: Vitali called and offered to use Botox and see if we could get the desired results no charge. I accepted and went in for Botox. Its been about 6 days so of course it hasn't set in yet. Staff was accommodating and nice.
I have used Vitali a few times and usually had a good experience. This time was different. I ended up paying nearly $600 thats more then I have every paid for the same amount of Dysport. I had very little results.
We discussed my for-headed and she asked smooth or movement. I said smooth. I waited 2 weeks and had uneven eyebrows, for-head was moving, and crows feet hardly

Natalie Broke the Star Bank!! She gets 100 Stars out 5! I don’t normally post on anything but Natalie knows what she is doing. I have had many, many massages over the years and hers is by far the best one I have ever had. I have had stiff back and neck issues from the military, working out, Jiujitsu, hip dislocation, etc. The body alignment work was phenomenal. If you are an athlete, hard worker, or just plain active you will want to see Natalie at Vitali Medspa to keep you going. The entire experience was great! I plan going back ASAP!

Holy cow I can not put into words how happy I am this place! After being recommended by several friends I took the plunge and drove to Pooler to find a beautiful atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and most of all the best Botox and filler I've ever had! Kelly was so nice and took her time to explain all of my options (which btw was about 8 different ways for what I was looking for) and helped me choose the right treatment for my cost and healing time. My BF had laser treatments and I can't believe how effective they have already been and she said it's supposed to keep getting

I have had lip filler 3 times previous to Vitali Med Spa around the Savannah area with plastic surgeons. I was always underwhelmed with the results but knew the potential filler had for myself. FINALLY, A PRACTICE I TRUST!! I just recently came in and received the Profound RF treatment as well as the CO2RE laser treatment. I was very satisfied with how caring the staff was to me. They made sure they explained everything to me step-by-step so I understood everything. I've lived in Savannah for over 40 years and have been to several similar places in the area. Vitali Medspa's level of care and expertise has by far surpassed the level of others.

I recently received a deep tissue massage with Natalie and oh my goodness! She is absolutely amazing! I live in Atlanta and I will be driving back to see her! She saved me!
