WaterWise, thank you, hired them to install my backyard drip system 6 months ago. Unfortunately 1 of the valves backed up, ( wouldn’t work ) called Rob and underneath a spring schedule as he told me 2 weeks possibly booked out , he was able to pull himself personally off of a job he had close to me and resolve my issue. Great customer service and as trust worthy as it gets. I will never hire anybody else for this trade. Thank you.

Had a completely new system installed. Said all work is guaranteed. However, didn't state repairs are not his priority and could take weeks to send someone out! Had a valve leaking in front yard. Continued to run all day. Robert said would come look at it. Came out and said would be 3 weeks before he could repair. I had my landscaper fix the next day. A week later had a very severe leak in back yard. Texted Robert on Friday, finally responded on Monday only to inform me that this particular line was not replaced because went under the driveway. I understood but asked him if he could come out quickly

Water Wise did a fantastic job fixing the leak in my irrigation system. They were super responsive and always had someone out to my home within a few days, if not the very next day. They came out on multiple occasions to install the parts and they explained everything in detail to me. Both Aldo and Wyatt were very professional and friendly and I will definitely be using Water Wise in the future. I would highly recommend them.

We recently moved to Arizona. We have no experience or knowledge of using a plant/tree irrigation system.
Robert and his staff were amazing. The first visit was a few days after my call for help. They have been out several times to continue educating us on how to use our system.
We are 62 years old. Technology can be extra challenging for us. LOL. The younger staff never made us feel inadequate or "too old to understand" how our system works. That's a BIG plus for us.

Robert was referred to me by several people on our community Facebook page. We had a problem with our irrigation running both stations (trees and shrubs) at one time. Robert was able to tell me right away what it was over the phone and assured me it was an easy fix! He offered to come out "same day - Saturday", but I told him our realtor was having an open house and I couldn't have potential buyers seeing that we had a water problem. I have used Robert with Water Wise for years. He's the best there is and his prices and services are second to none. Amazing service! We used them 2 1/2 years ago to install our irrigation system when we moved to Arizona. They were professional, great price and did an awesome job. All their work and products have warranties! Flash forward to today! I called this morning because I noticed a leak,l, in less than 2 hours, they had a tech come out (Wyatt), diagnose the problem, talk with me about my system and fixed the leak (all included in my warranty)! Didn’t pay a dime! Great company! Great employees! Great warranties! Would highly recommend them to anyone! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🤗

These guys were great! I originally called to diagnose an issue with the irrigation system at my new house. They determined there was nothing actually hooked up to the timer and put together a quote for the new system. The new system was installed and it looks great. You can't tell that any part of the yard was dug up. The price was super reasonable for the amount of work and the gentleman who walked me through the new system was very professional and patient answering all of my questions.
