The whole team at Ameritechnology was super helpful and professional in ordering and delivering my Canon large format printer. The most difficult aspect was the delivery of the unit to the second floor of my house up a narrow stairway with a complicated bend at the top. Not only did they think everything through carefully but they brought enough manpower and took the time to do it right, after which they completed set-up procedures and made sure the machine was working properly. This was a far cry from a previous experience with a different vendor, who just left me to my own devices in uncrating

Ameritechnology has not disappointed since our relationship began. Mark Bennett is a straight shooter. All numbers quoted were the numbers that were used. When a question comes up, there has always been someone that answers the phone and either answers the question or has someone call back in a timely manner to answer the question. The copier/fax/scanner that we picked out is exactly what we need for our office. We look forward to many years to come with Ameritechnology.

We have been using Ameritechnology at our synagogue for years. The customer service is great, always polite and helpful. The technicians are wonderful, polite, and always know what they are doing. They always come the same day that we call them. In emergencies they are always helpful. I would recommend this company to everyone! They are Great!!!
