Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Phil Kellogg and Charles Kimsey. After working as Construction Managers for regional and national firms, Phil and Charles had a strong desire early in their careers to create an outstanding general contracting firm to serve Florida and beyond.
