Whether you are coming to Georgia for work, play, vacation or to live, Riverside Estates RV Park has many advantages. It is friendly, safe, and clean. You can select a 30 or 50 amp site. There are 3 sections to choose from. A-Section is near the street for easy access to the freeway, B-Section runs beside the Yellow River, and C-Section is further back and very quiet.

You can select a sunny site or a shaded one from the 100 plus sites available. The Park is close to almost anything you could desire for shopping, eating, exercising, clubbing, purchasing building and electrical supplies, and recreating on lakes and rivers. I-20 West offers the quickest access to Atlanta as compared to all the other freeways, which is very important, considering the traffic in the area.
Services
ABOUT US: Now under new management, we at Riverside Estates strive for great customer service and offer you a safe, convenient, clean place to stay. WHERE: Situated just a 40 minute drive east of Atlanta at Exit 88 off of I-20, Riverside Estates RV Park is convenient to most areas near Atlanta. As far as driving into Atlanta itself is concerned, I-20 West has the least congestion of all the major arteries leading to downtown.
We boast that we have some of the lowest rental rates in Georgia! Period! At the time of writing, 30-amp sites are $107/week or $420/month. 50-amp sites are $112/week or $450/month. You get a lot of bang for your buck too! These rates come with a full hookup, which includes water, sewer, electric, and waste services.
AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN: Can I check-in to the RV Park after the office is closed? Yes, you sure can. After-office hours registration is available. When you come into the RV Park and follow the signs for the office, there is a white box labeled "Night Forms" on the front porch. 1 or 2 day short stay guests may fill out the form found in the envelopes in the box which also contain maps to the Park.
Atlanta Aquarium: The Aquarium is an entertaining, intriguing and educational experience for guests of all ages which tries to instill a new appreciation for the world's aquatic biodiversity. Atlanta Botanical Gardens: The Atlanta Botanical Garden is a 30 acre botanical garden located adjacent to Piedmont Park in Midtown Atlanta.

Terrible service, asked to pay for 1 week ahead and was charged for a full month without notice! Constantly worried because if it rains the entire place will flood. You have to move your camper if it floods and still pay for the entire month or week that was paid for in advance without any refund. Terrible! Best of luck if your stuck at this site!

Been living here for two years now in the C section of the rv part. They do an excellent job of keeping things clean and comfortable. It may not be a fancy park but it's a very comfortable park. Pull throughs are limited in number, but the 50amp sites are easy backing spots. None of the spots are hard to back into, but I'm a professional so might be a bit off on what's hard.

Good price for what you get. Park is showing it's age and could use some capital investment but I found the park to be mostly clean and very quiet. Never had a problem with other guests or utilities. Landscaping is mature and lots were mowed frequently. I was there for 8 months for work.
Park does have 24 hour security which is comforting.
Be warned, this park DOES flood; B section especially. Park manager was very upfront about it and helped me choose a great spot. Best section of the park is C section, back from the highway and no flooding. I got a large lot with ample parking. I was able to

If I could give no stars but tell everyone about this horrible place I would. We made arrangements to arrive after hours and stay for an extended stay at this RV/mobile home park. We were told to get our map and papers from the office box and go to our assigned spot as no one would be there after hours. After collecting our map, we drove down a small hill to find our spot. The deeper we went the worse the place looked. The spots were very close together. The grass nothing but giant ruts and mud puddles. Campers parked so close to each other. Cars up on blocks. Garbage and useless trash everywhere
