I worked with Kevin who sealed our driveway before we were to sell our house. He was informative, and he didn’t push me to do an option we were considering bc we were on a budget. We went with Sealing the driveway just to give it a nice touch up. The finished product was great!

I contacted these guys back in September 2019. I was ready to proceed I called and a nice lady working from home picked up and scheduled me for October 3rd ... I needed this done ASAP as I have water coming in. Anyway fast forward I send the owner Fernando a text on 9/24 saying I will go forward with this and book it for 10/3 the owner replied back we can't until 10/20 .... we'll why the hell did your "team" book for 10/3?? Needless to say I cancelled and got someone who was able to do it prior to 10/20. Fast forwArd to today. I have water coming in from the rebars

Fernando knows his stuff and is super knowledgeable. He and crew were very professional and I feel good about recommending them to anyone. While the entire project was a lot of money, he did come in lower than his competitors and I felt did not nickel and dime me in the process. Get your quotes from other competitors and then bring him in to do the work. Now I just hope that my basement stays dry....

Had a great experience with Fernando and his guys. House we purchased in had tell-tale signs of past flooding. We went with A-Proseal after a friend recommended them. Though we had some issues with permitting and delays because of that, Fernando stuck with us and saw the project through (lessons learned....make sure to check your village permit requirements before installing drain tile!). He was also very reasonable on extra scope items that were required by village as a result of their requirements and made the extra costs palatable for us.

I live in Skokie and my home was built in late 50's so naturally with and older home things go wrong and they can go very wrong quickly. Second time back at my house. This time crack in foundation around 2 drainage pipes coming into the house. I can't even tell you how great these guys are. They do quality work at a reasonable cost. I am so happy I found them. Fernando is very good at diagnosing the problem quickly. It comes from years and years of experience. Seriously if you are having foundation issues or any drainage issues just call the. They are that good.

We have needed the services of A-Proseal a couple of times now, and every time it has been a pleasant experience. It's frustrating when you have water problems, but Fernando has been great at explaining the issues we have, and how to fix them. Water seepage is an expensive issue, but the costs we have be quoted are reasonable. I like to use this company because they are small and we have always talked to the same person. I normally won't write reviews until the job is done. However, I wanted to highlight the extraordinary service I received from A-Proseal today. I was in the midst of getting new tiles installed in my home only for the installer to discover several cracks in the concrete foundation in different rooms. I was a bit panicked and upset that the job could not be completed. So I scrambled to find a concrete contractor and either no one answered or the company was booked until September. I would highly recommend these guys. They responded quickly to our request for an estimate and politely and patiently explained everything to us. We chose them out of several other waterproofing companies because they really seemed to know what they were doing and they were also the most competitively priced. They came out do the work when they said they would and did it quickly and efficiently and most importantly, we no longer have a leak, even after two good rains. It's So nice to know that there are still honest, fairly priced, companies out there.
