We put every hired waxologists through a training program with live models to master their skillset. We offer a consistency among all of our waxologists to provide the same experience no matter which waxologists you choose. Management hand selects each waxologists to ensure they share the same burning passion for people, customer service, and waxing as we do. Every waxologists endures weeks of training on live models to perfect their technique and learn to speed wax. Extremely poor professionalism. I called all Saturday to cancel an appointment and of course no one answers. When I come in for my appointment today I have my service dog. They turn me away bc the waxer is "allergic to dogs." Honestly, that's your issue, not mine. You cannot by law turn away someone with a service dog because YOU are allergic to dogs. They then ask me to come back later in the day like I don't have a freaking job and can just drop everything in my day to accommodate THEM. DO NOT come here. They waste your time and are unprofessional!

A friend recommended waxlab a few years ago and I'm glad I finally got around to trying them out. My regular waxers couldn't fit me in. I had a flight to catch and had about an hour to find somewhere new. I was quite apprehensive initially but felt at ease once I got in. The place is serene and clean. Didn't realize Cryslin was the owner but we had a nice conversation which put me at ease about the pain and she did a great job with my wax! I also have very stubborn hairs so I'm picky about waxers but was quite impressed. They gained a new customer. I'm glad my regular waxers

I have never been so pleased with a business before. The receptionist is super sweet and accommodating and makes you feel super comfortable. It was my first time getting waxed and I was waxed by Taylor and everyone there is AMAZING! They make you really comfortable, do an amazing job, and are super sweet. And the prices are great! I highly recommend this place. Taylor is the bomb!

The entire staff is very professional and friendly. Crislyn is hands down the best in Jacksonville, she's knowledgeable in her what she does and the special package deals are the best. The place is always clean and well maintained, they follow the covid-19 guidelines and shows care and concern towards her clients. I will be a lifetime client

Crislyn is truly someone that cares about what she does and makes sure that you leave a satisfied customer. I couldn't recommend this place enough. They offer a variety of packages which makes it more affordable, but regardless of the package it's worth every penny.
Side note: Any person that decided to leave a bad down below must have gone to the wrong waxing place or truly are just bitter people. Don't let the few negative reviews steer you away from coming here.

Crislyn has been waxing me for over 2 years now. She is AMAZING! I have never had a better experience than at Waxlab. She and her staff have always been welcoming and kind. This is a service I elect to continue every 4 weeks bc I love It. My absolute favorite is getting my eyebrows done... wax and tint. I've gotten so many compliments since starting. Each time, the room is clean and tidy. I'm given privacy to get ready and then Crislyn comes in soon after. She has always been incredibly personable and kind. Anytime people ask me where I get my wax, I automatically say Crislyn!

When booking my service, the receptionist asked if I wanted numbing cream prior to getting waxed. She expressed this to me as if this would be a complimentary service, so I said yes. Little did I know that they'd end up charging me $25 for a one ounce bottle of cream that retails for much less. They did not make any efforts to fix this issue and the owner did not to speak to me directly and kept communicating through her receptionist. The receptionist did not tell me that the owner would not remove the charge prior to my wax, and this came as a surprise when I was paying. I never leave reviews

I have been getting waxed for years and so I have had the chance to visit many different spots. This spot is by far the best. From the moment you walk in door the service begins. Great customer service and even better waxers. When it comes to waxing, you want someone who knows what the are doing and will do it with care, and Creslyn the owner is amazing.
It also helps that they are always offering bundle packages that help if you wax regularly.
I highly recommend the wax lab. I have not been disappointed to date.

I can't tell you how many times I've been back to see the owner, Crislyn. I live about 30 minutes away and drive pass plenty of other places that does waxing but I will keep coming back here. Why, because Crislyn is great at what she does. Her personality is great! Every month I look forward to our chats, it's like meeting up with a friend and catching up on life. Very clean establishment and friendly service. My Brazilian had a smooth finish. My technician got all the nooks and crannies and she wasn't done until every bit was gone. I was informed by the front desk attendant that there is a "buy 6 get 1" and "buy 9 get 2" special for Brazilians... Also, if you are a new client you can get a "buy 9 and get 3" Brazilians.
