Excellent customer service. Lauren, Ida and Michele are terrific, very friendly and they take the time to know their clients. My company has been using American Expediting for a number of years and the service we receive is always above standards. While I don't personally know the bike couriers, whenever they come to the office they are always efficient, personable and friendly, no matter the weather outside.
