A forensic psychiatrist applies modern scientific knowledge and clinical expertise in the area of mental health in the interest of providing education and consultation to the legal system. Dr. Bobby A. Miller, II, graduated from Marshall University School of Medicine in 1984 and has been licensed to practice in West Virginia since 1985.
He completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at the West Virginia University Hospitals. He then completed combined residencies in both Neurology and Psychiatry at WVU. After serving as Chief Resident at Chestnut Ridge Hospital, he joined the faculty with joint academic appointment in the Departments of Neurology and Behavioral Medicine focusing on work in the area of Neuropsychiatry.

From EAST (WV): Take Exit 11 off Interstate 64 toward Downtown Huntington and bear RIGHT. Continue straight for approximately 2 miles going through the underpass until you reach 6th Avenue (Speedway will be on your left). Turn LEFT onto 6th Avenue. Continue for 3 BLOCKS until you reach 13th Street - our building is across the street from River Park Hospital, but our parking lot is behind the building.
