Amazing people works here, they work miracles to get patients what they need. I have a 86 year old mother who was in need of records, the young lady that assisted gave her outstanding service. She had the most caring voice and remained patient. Don’t find great people like that anymore, glad my mother came in contact with her. Thank you. Thank you. Thank You.

Husband went for chest and back pains. If I could rate a zero I would!!! But he said the staff and everyone was nice. But dr. Kellogg was a joke! They discharged him for abdominal pains and he didn't go for abdominal pains. Discharged him as soon as he had ct done. Is there any other hospitals around the Cleveland area or do we need to start driving to Jackson Ms?? Will not be going back!

I can only say good things about Bolivar Medical Center! The website provides a wait time for the Emergency Room, which is fantastic. While there is a hospital in the town I was in, I drove 45 minutes because I know the service and knowledge of the physicians is so much better here. I was quickly taken back, triaged and the doctor came shortly afterwards. The facility is super clean and, since I'm germaphobic, I never felt unsafe or concerned. The nurses and check in staff were so professional, courteous and made me feel like they really cared.

Had to go to the ER last night with a wound on my foot. wound was only looked at by x-ray no physical touching of the wound. Dr nor nurses properly introduced themselves or addressed me by my name. I was given a shot(never told what it was) waited 3 hours for them to put a bandaid and antibiotic cream on it that i could’ve easily done at home FOR FREE. received my discharge papers with a referral to a doctor that would actually be able to do something and was able to read what shot they had given me. Doctor told me he was going to grab something and never returned. VERY dissatisfied with my service

This place is understaffed, the experience level is minimum. Doctors and nurses don’t care about patients they only come for a check. They don’t monitor the patients. Constantly have to ask them to do their job. Staff is completely clueless, rude, and not qualified to be care professionals. CNA’s actually care more than nurses. They sit at the desk their shift waiting to get off work. If you have a serious problem don’t go there because they cannot help you. It will only get worse!!! State should re-evaluate the staff. This is a hospital that has some of the most inexperienced, rudest and uncaring medical rejects (not professionals) I have ever tried to deal with. Is there a shortage of good people there? They don't want to help anybody. Just call and ask a simple question. They will transfer you to an answering machine, hang up on you or just want help at all
I have dealt with vets that care more. Ask them who the administrator is and see what happens. Just a damn shame.

Part 1- Long story made short!!!
Week 1- 7 Started with Take me to Ruleville! Foot & leg problems. 3 doctor visits, 2 foot specialist, 3 X-rays, 3 steroid packs and 1 MRI later, no results. Still in pain and cant walk so I make appointment to see Dr Hadley at Cleveland Medical.
WEEK 8- Dr. Hadley walks in room and says Ms. Johnson, tell me what's going on with your leg. I told him the whole story. He said " Let me take a look". I took protective boot off my foot, he raised both pant legs and said " I'm gonna schedule u for an ultrasound tomorrow morning. I think u have a blood clot. Next day

I was involved in car accident in which my daughter was severely injured. She had broken vertebrae in back, her pain was extremely severe. We went to Bolivar Medical Center and I can not say enough about how efficient they were. They got right to work on her when we arrived. The nurses and staff were so caring and helpful to her. They just remodeled and renovated this hospital recently a few years ago. They did the outside as well as the inside of course. Just about my whole family has used this hospital at one time or another.
I know they have GE machines and equipment and their doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and educated.
They have plenty of parking in front for visitors as the back is for employees of the hospital mostly.
It has 127 beds in this facility. Their mission statement is making our community healthier.
Bolivar Medical Center will continue to be the hospital where patients choose for their healthcare
