Well pump went bad, called Dunham and they were there within hours. Connell and Wes were the 2 technicians who came out this time. Very nice professional hard working guys. They explained everything to me and done everything they could to keep the cost down but the pump had failed. Will use Dunham again and will ask for Cornell and wes!

10 BIG STARS! Just WOW. New to Florida. New home. Old well. NO Water. Called at 10 a.m. HELP arrived FAST. Repairman Connell was FABULOUS. Thorough check BEFORE/AFTER. Explained it ALL for us. Fixed Lickety Split. Water pressure BETTER than before. Skill Knowledge Ability and Customer Service BEST. Attitude AWESOME n kind to 2 ol' ladies. Office lady was GREAT too. After calling more than a dozen well companies, who all seem to be so busy, Dunham Well returned my call and took the time to talk about digging a new well. Their service and communication is what stood out the most. Their professionalism was something you don’t always see, were all personable and took pride in their work. Our new well works great and they left no mess behind. We were lucky they were able to fit us in as this type of service is often difficult to find. If you plan well enough ahead, I’d recommend this company.

Loved working with this company! I was a first time homebuyer who knew nothing about wells. Todd and his team helped me understand what I would need and made sure all my questions were answered. Todd was very reasonable and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of , and Todd always answered my emails and calls within minutes. I am very happy with the well I have and the job that was done.

I hired them to put on a new pump and motor on. They were prompt in doing so but didn't do the job properly and left the electrical wire exposed. I had to call them up to tell them it wasn't up to code and it should be in conduit. The promptly went back out and wanted to charge me a service call which I don't think I should be responsible for so I negotiated it down some but if they would have done the job right to begin with I wouldn't have had to pay except for the parts. It's not completely the fault of the owners but people need to take pride in their work and do the job correctly the first
