Jim opened his first shop in New Albany, Indiana at West 5th & Main Streets in a 25' x 50' welding shop with one truck and one welder. Padgett helped us out when we were in a huge pickle. We had a tractor-trailer stuck on the side of the road with product falling off his trailer due to poor loading, and the driver was more than 400 miles from both his shipper and his destination. Steve was able to put together a crew and a forklift at 4 pm on a Friday to help our driver out first thing Saturday morning and get him back on the road with a secured load.

Aaron and Paul in the crane shop are some of the best people I've talked to in quite a while. I do jobs all over the country- sometimes small, sometimes big, so I have a knack for judging how my experience is going to turn out pretty early on.
