DO NOT USE PILGRIM CLEANERS UNLESS YOURE OK RUNNING THE RISK OF HAVING YOUR THINGS RUINED.
Dropped my BRAND NEW (still in the manufacturer sealed bag) tablecloths for our wedding off here with instructions of the goal being to have the wrinkles from the folds pressed/steamed out & that I wanted them rolled on to cardboard rollers (which I supplied) since again - the goal is reduce the amount of wrinkles in the cloths for our wedding.
Since they have a 10% deal if you pay before pick up I asked what the price would be - the girl said she didn’t know. Should have been my first tip off.

Short version: They ruined a shirt and refused any responsibility for it. Changed their story four times, lied, and blamed the shirt manufacturer. Not so much as "We're sorry" which, honestly, would've appeased me. They were completely unaccountable, unhelpful, and unconcerned with my experience.

I've used this cleaning service for about 5 years. Before I first patronized, I asked about their dispute resolution process and was assured that they would work with me to "diligently resolve" any issues. Fast forward five years and their shirt launder and press service ruined a new shirt

So far I've brought many dress shirts there for cleaning. No dry cleaning yet. They have gotten my shirts cleaner than other dry cleaners I've used in the area, including removing some stains other cleaners said were impossible. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a variety of discounts and sales-- discount for prepay, discount for cash, coupons, etc.
I have had several conversations with the owners and it is a family run business.
After multiple bad experiences with other dry cleaners I will go here from now on

I've been using Pilgrim Cleaners for 10+ years now but will no longer be returning. They must have a new owner or something because things are very different over the past couple years. It's no longer pleasant to come in to the business and they have shrunk 3 items of mine. The prices have also gone up significantly. I could maybe handle the lack of customer service (which I shouldn't have to) but when the end result stinks too, I'm done. It's a shame, they used to be the best.
