We get all of our garbage bags, shopping bags, industrial shelving units, industrial tables and counters and stand up desks.
Pricing is higher than most, 3 wall shelving unit is about $2k.
The stand up desk was about $700, but goes up and down smoothly.
The 3 industrial tables were about $500-$600.
All of their products are well made, heavy duty, just a bit costly.
The tables and shelves are durable. The individual shelves can hold up to 1k pounds or so.
Items were all shipped on time too.

Purchased a U-line ice machine ($3,000 plus) in May 2021 and just 2 months later started giving errors until it finally quit making ice altogether. I have tried and tried to get ahold of their service and am getting no where. This has to be the worst service department of any company I have ever seen. I liked the ice maker up until the issues. We may have to look at trying to return it where we bought it. They need lessons in customer service!!!!!

I purchased a $1900 Beverage Center from Uline. Within 3 months it is dead. UPDATE: I received a call from "Mike" from "customer service" and I am told they had to send a control panel.......for something that is less than 3 months old. That part may or may not get here in a week. It may or may not fix the problem. They did not expedite the part to the repair facility. Then a few days to get the repair tech here. Meanwhile....I have a $1900 paperweight. Forget the product I lost in the beverage center when it died. Also, for reference, any customers thinking about purchasing anything from Uline

My wife bought a Uline under the counter refrigerator last summer. Unlike our other one, this one runs about 25% of the time, maybe six hours a day, even though it is only opened once a day. When I called Uline to see if this was normal, they were kind of hostile, probably because they had something to hide! It is under warranty but if the service person couldn't find anything wrong, they would charge me $125. I finally called an independent servicer who said that the new Ulines use (or have to use) a different kind of freon that may be better for the environment (even though it seems to use much

We purchased a U-Line outdoor ice maker. Our contractor installed it. Didn't work. Called out a licensed plumber to check it out, who determined our water line and connections were fine--the ice maker is a lemon.
Purchased through BBQ Guys, they say U-line wants to repair this brand new ice maker. I want a new ice maker that actually produces ice. They are refusing to take this one back (that has never produced one ice cube) and replace it.
After hours on the phone and emails, BBQ Guys called me back and are honoring the return even though U-line will not give them any credit for it. BBQ

I bought a new 2019 boat with a U-LINE Marine model C029 Ice Maker and refrigerator combo unit. It does not refrigerate drinks below 43 degrees (on a good day, usually it's 48 - 52 degrees). The ice maker works great and keeps the ice frozen, however the poor design does not provide enough cooling for the refrigerator.
The boat manufacturer sent me a brand new unit, the replacement was no better. The refrigerator will not cool drinks below 48 degrees most summer days. The only solution U-LINE has is to take the refrigerator to a service shop and let them see how it operates. Two brand new units

We've been in business for over 25 years, but we've only been using U-Line Corporation in our homes for the past 4 or 5. We wish we would have found them sooner! Not only does modular refrigeration offer creative solutions for all of the unique places a custom home has to offer, but the point-of-use refrigeration blends right into our customers daily lives. The U-Line products look amazing and we feel that overall they do a better job at regulating temperature regardless of how many times the door opens, or where items are placed on the shelves. With easy installation, great looks and

Yesterday I called customer service in Milwaukee. I spoke with Mike and told him of theleak in our under counter ice maker. He recommended C&W Appliance in Dallas, TX near our home. Thank you Mike! Problem was just as I suspected. Wade was sent out for repair. It was an easy fix. Do recommend this company again for service in the DFW area. They know what they are doing.

Live 20 miles from the factory. Built a very nice home in 2016. The one and only regret I have is installing a $2,000 Uline ice maker in my kitchen. 2 years after putting it in, ice still tastes like plastic. Company refuses to take responsibility even though my two other fridges make perfectly great ice. Buy anything but...

I would never purchase a U-line product. They do not stand behind their products.
We purchased a home with a U-line Ice maker/refrigerator and it was inoperable. The previous owners had not used it and it was still within the warranty period. We took it to a registered U-line service provider and they found that it had a defective compressor. The cost of repair including parts and labor was $975. The customer service people at U-line were unwilling to help cover any of the costs even though the malfunction was due to a faulty part. They said the warranty only applied to original owners.
