American Graphics was founded in 1971, as a wholesale manufacturing facility for the design of commercial and business form printing sold to dealers throughout the United States. The company incorporated in 1975, Carl Bradshaw as founder and President. American Graphics was located in Downey, California from 1971 until 1992. Due to circumstances and certain regulation issues, the company relocated to Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
