Had my windshield replaced the middle of 2020. That same day it leaked. They came out and sealed it. Fast forward one year later. Starts leeking in new place. They come out and seal it. It rains following saturday. Still leaks. Come out to replace rubber and seal it and put primer on body mating surface. Still leaks. I will be taking it somewhere else from now on.I will give them more than one star because they do keep offering to fix it no charge. The point is they shouldn't have to keep fixing it. Not saying they are a terrible company but simply did not work out for me.

Unfortunately, a series of events took place that left my back windshield shattered. I contacted Wisefly and the office staff were prompt and pleasant. The morning of my appointment they contacted me to let me know a time frame to expect the technician's. They arrived as expected and got right to work. Both Tucker and Devon were pleasant upon arrival as well as professional. They worked diligently to remove the glass from inside the vehicle and replaced the glass. In such a disheartening time, Wisefly made the whole experience easy and stress free. Their prices were also phenomenal!! My car looks

I needed a windshield replacement in my Charger due to a rock being kicked up on the interstate in June. I called Wisefly Auto Glass in Chipley and scheduled the service with a pleasant woman in the office. The techs showed up on time, were extremely professional and polite. They completed the installation at my work place in a timely manner. A few days later driving on the interstate again I discovered a vibration noise once I got above 55mph. The tech and owner were very quick to check into the problem and worked diligent until the issue was resolved! They showed genuine concern, prompt and polite

My windshield got busted & initially I contacted safelight before I learned of wisefly,safelight quoted me almost double what wisefly did & wisefly got me in faster,came to my job & had my windshield replaced in about an hour,these guys were professional & courteous,definitely reccomend!

Wisefly did a terrific job on replacing my windshield. I didn’t know this but the person who had done it before I had the truck did a poor job and water was getting in. Wisefly fixed everything up perfectly. I would highly recommend them and they are really good people and made the whole process very easy.

I called on Monday about my rear truck window and my window was replaced on Tuesday morning! Technicians were very professional and respectful. They even vacuumed up the glass in the vehicle that I missed. I could not have had a better experience. I hope I won't need another vehicle glass replaced again, but if I do, Wisefly will be the only one I will call.

I just recently moved from Oklahoma and in the process my passenger window was shattered. I am extremely happy to find Wisefly Auto Glass! They were able to give me an estimated with my glass having to be order that was super reasonable! I was able to come the next day a 8am ( or they can come to you) and I was walking out the door with a new window installed by 8:45! Everyone was super nice and very welcoming to me being new to town! The techs are very professional and quick! The owners Melissa and Jason are so nice and friendly! I highly recommend this company for any auto glass needs!

Had my windshield busted at a school parking lot from a stay kickball where I needed the entire windshield replaced! Wisefly gave me a quick quote (among the lowest) and came out to my home quickly. The process was quick and the job was done with care. Manager spoke with me to make sure I received the services I needed and was happy. Definitely recommend!

During a drive to the wineries, I got a big crack on my windshield. So I deceived to go online research original glass over after market glass in addition to shopping around for the most affordable business. I had a few concerns because my life depends on a proper installation. I'm not gonna lie, I checked out safelite because they advertise well on tv and online but after calling wisefly and finding out that they are not a part of the auto glass Association which in my opinion is important because they have to meet installation standards. I used these guys a couple years ago to get a windshield replaced. Frustratingly, it took several phone calls to finally get them here. After finally scheduling, things went smoothly.
Fast forward to the now. Called Friday afternoon and got a verbal quote over the phone and was told they could do it Monday. Good pricing but the customer service when something goes wrong is not acceptable. I had my windshield replaced and the installer lost a trim piece to my vehicle but according to them this is the first time this has ever happened. I gave them the benefit of doubt and was nice about it, until about 5 days later I email them to ask them for an update to repair the missing trim piece and was told part was in. I thought great!!!I was asked what time I was available that day and after I notified them the time frame I was available I was told the installer would not be able to come that day because he

Excuses ... It's not rocket Science to put in a windshield ... your response looks like a whole paragraph of nothing but excuses on why you couldn't put in a simple windshield many shops do same-day service and they fight for our business unlike you guys could put it off for a day. Sometimes people have a broken windshield and they need it installed immediately for emergency purposes they don't want to hear the excuses they want to hear a yes response

I had a cracked windshield last year and found them on yelp. I was responded by Melissa shortly after I left her a voicemail with an reasonable estimate at that time. She scheduled me an appointment within 24 hours. The guys who replaced the windshield was able to meet my lunch break schedule at work, and came out to work in the parking lot at my workplace. It was a fast and professional service, I was able to drive home safely after their timely help. I would definitely recommend them.

Ashame I cant properly rate the place because of a phone call gone wrong. My father called to inquire on having his rearview mirror fixed, and when the receptionist raised her voice behind why they wanted $65 as opposed to his other quote of $15, she went of! Wisefly lost allot of potential business behind wise-mouth.

I found Wisefly on Google & Yelp so I included them when I got a few quotes to replace the windshield in my Accord, darn 91! They weren't the cheapest available but they were the best value based on the quality and workmanship. Sure I could save $15-20 on a thinner and cheaper glass it isn't worth it to compromise my families safety. Lots of shady people in this market and poor quality glass. I got a perfect OEM windshield with the exact factory tint. With a next day mobile install at my house they arrived around 11am and the car was done around noon. What is not to like
