Grand Prairie, TX. We hired HME Construction for an addition to our house. Mike took our money and did not complete the project. We have no brick, no soffit, standing water, leaking roof, incomplete deck, a patio which slopes to the house and incomplete electrical. I wish I had seen the first review before hiring HME. It is spot on. Mike hired incompetent crews and did not show up to supervise the work then abandoned the project.

The owner, Mike Vass, claimed he was worth waiting for. Had Mike done, or taken responsibility for the work done, we might have a different outcome. But we did not. We had a "two to three week job" that took twice that. We had slipshod work, 80% percent done by guys without supervision. And it should be noted, we paid premium price. We had huge hopes for this company, and we are disappointed with the attention to detail and the quality. example? He was tasked to move light switches, alarm and thermostat about 1 foot on the wall in the bedroom. He did, but at the end of the job, and
