I like Alivio because it offers walk in - same day appointments. Every time I need to see a dr. they are there to take care of their patients. As a walk in clinic, you may have to wait A little but you will get the treatment you need.
Everybody speaks English and Spanish which it makes the experience more personal for us Spanish speakers. My parents love to see drs. That speak their language.

Alivio gets 5 stars from me! Everything under ONE roof with the ability to do blood work, x-rays, physical therapy, dentistry, AND pharmacy. Incredible! The medical center even accepts walk ins without an appointment- hard to find these days!The providers are knowledgeable and take time to explain everything. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for any of my medical needs! Highly recommend! 5 stars from me!

I have visited this place two or three times and the desk service has never failed to be horrible. The ladies at the desk are slow to act. At my latest visit I went to pick up results and the first lady I talked to left and never fulfilled my request then, the second lady insisted against my word which is not the first time that happens. They have a tendency to not listen to what the patient is saying and disregard my requests. I waited almost an hour to pick up my results. Disappointed but not surprised with the desk service.
