Dr. Guillermo Bernal has been providing exceptional physiatric care since 1990! A native of Puerto Rico, Dr. Bernal earned his medical degree at the Universidad Central Del Caribe in Puerto Rico and completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York and Westchester County Medical Center in Valhalla, NY.

Dr Bernal is excellent and was recommended by our GP. Very patient and thorough. Unfortunately his wife Barb does the accounting and is extremely disorganized and does not return phone calls or inquiries. I have made many attempts to sort out the billing and accounting but to this date they are still unable to provide a detailed report of the services and fees. Barb was so upset today that she hung up the phone because she was so overwhelmed. She stated that they have over 2200 clients and she can’t manage everyone and their billing. Perhaps Dr. Bernal needs to hire a professional firm to assist
