We're certain our homes will live above and beyond your expectations, but from time to time, your home may need some minor maintenance. The one-year warranty is a builder surety and backs the builder's warranty on workmanship and materials. Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under our warranty by the builder or the warranty company.

My wife and I interviewed several local custom home builders and Kezira Homes stood out. Before we hired them to build our house, we were fortunate to had witnessed their attention to all details on every stage of construction, quality of materials used and fair pricing when they built our family member's house. Our bathroom renovation turned out so beautiful and with a saving of $2,891 compared to another renovation company we were checking out besides Kezira Homes, which was referred to us by our sister. Dole Omer made great suggestions and worked with us to ensure we were getting what we wanted. All of her team went above and beyond for us and they're very courteous and professional.
