Primus Lighting's modest beginnings in 2000 presented many challenges, but with a combined 50 years of experience in manufacturing, design and lighting application, the future looked bright. With immediate support from the southern California design community, our early growth rapidly accelerated. With our central location in El Monte, just 10 minutes east of downtown Los Angeles, we are close to all resources.

It is with pride we display the "Made in USA" flag on each of the products we manufacture. Primus Lighting fixtures are proudly manufactured in the United States and qualify for both the "Buy America Act" and "Made in America" recognitions. We are headquartered in El Monte, California just 10 minutes east of Downtown Los Angeles, in a historical 1934 retired U.S. Post Office.
Primus products are all carefully tested and inspected at the factory and are guaranteed to be free of material and workmanship defects when shipped. Any equipment which is proven defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at Primus expense upon written authorization, provided that such a claim is made within one year from date of shipment.
Our popular Focus 7 fixture (formerly ALX7) is still available featuring three lumen outputs, frosted lenses for smooth unifomity and single fixture runs up to 12'. Some new options include: USB Ports/Outlets, 277V Switch, Antimicrobial White Paint Finish and more! Another clean architectural 2 wide housing LED fixture with white frosted rounded, square, and flat round lens for wet location applications.
24" X 24" Suspended Decostring grid pattern with large 18" opal spheres to act as day form shade structure and evening courtyard illumination. University of Santa Barbara Science Labs using our ALX1-RLR-LED suspended linear fixtures. Suspended mounted "Decostring" festoon system that is suspended above and lighting the Main Street Park in Downtown El Monte, CA.
LED Step and Aisle Lighting systems are designed to delineate pathways and flooring transitions providing safety and egress lighting for theaters, auditoriums, performing arts, hotels, schools/classrooms, casinos, theme parks, restaurants and public spaces. LED Step and Aisle Lighting are made of durable black, non-slip, high grip, flexible PVC material with replaceable 4 LED module spaced at 9" O/C, 12" O/C and 18" O/C.
