When you return to your room at the end of the day, it will be ready for a memorable night's sleep. Each room features standard style bed with antique style furnishings, tastefully adorned with artwork to match the decor of 2004.
I like that the rooms are very clean, and the managers or owners are very nice and welcoming. Asked for extra towels, and there they were. Quiet Area, as its winter. I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and both times the staff is friendly, and the room is clean. I would highly recommend this if you just need a clean inexpensive place to stay.

Mattresses need to be replaced as springs are poking through. Beds are hard and cause one to wake up sore. Pretty bare bones rooms, but the price was right. We were able to put our extended family into one 2-bedroom suite for very low cost. Parking lot was crowded and tight. Seedy neighborhood with some homeless and obviously mentally ill folk wandering about. Manager was nice other than overly enforcing masks even in parking lot outdoors. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless mattresses replaced, but it suited the need.

Good place to stay. Rooms are good, clean, and the owners are nice. I prefer the executive but when they are full, I'll stay here. They are opened by the same people.

Sterile. Upgraded in the last few years, and, again, very clean. Eugene innkeepers are kind of always rushed to get you moving, but they've got their stories/good explanations of some not so ready to leave guests, I'm sure. Probably one of thee better motels on these strips, for the neighborhood and the money as well. Tightly and professionally managed. Thank you for the firm hospitality, ladies!

Easily the best experience I've had at an affordable motel. I made a reservation a month ahead of time and then showed up early, on a weekend with a major football game and was still able to check in early. The room was bigger than my studio apartment, was clean, and the manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We had booked a room at express inn an suits, we got there and they said they didn't have the reservation so they put us next door at a place they said they owned as well, very understanding with that but when we got into the room it was absolutely unclean, the sheets were dirty with hair on the blankets and cigarette burn holes and the floors were not clean at all, my sons feet were so dirty from walking on the floor. It smelt like cigarettes and they even said it was a nicer room. Not recommended at all

For a cheap and convenient stay, this place was fine. Our comforter smelled like body odor so bad, and it had us questioning how often it gets washed. There’s no way the cleaning staff didn’t smell it as they switched the sheets, and it’s terrible they allowed us to sleep with it. We arrived late and by then, we wanted to just sleep, so we only slept with the sheets on the bed. The management was semi rude whenever we ran into them. Not pleasant right from check in. We were yelled at to put a mask on from the parking lot when we were very clearly just getting out of the car.
Overall I would

If I could give 0 I would. The beds are hard as rocks, the place is dirty. The owner is demanding and hypocritical when it comes to the rules concerning masks. Neighborhood is sketchy. Parking lot is tiny and atrocious. Bedding is thin with questionable cleanliness. You're better off sleeping in your car. Not worth the price at all.

Bed had cigarette burn holes. Towels were stained. But MOST OFF ALL! Staff or should I say the general manager has terrible customer service and serious anger issues. She threatened to assault my gf as she followed us to our room verbally attacking us when we tried to talk to the owner to file a complaint. DO NOT STAY HERE. Unless your looking for a cheap hotel.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The female "manager" refused to let me speak to the owner after her poor treatment. Completely biased towards younger adults visiting from out of town. My boyfriend and I stayed with our friends who got to the hotel before us, she treated them poorly and was very snooty acting before we even got there. We arrived and from that point she threatened to kick us out multiple times for not following rules, even though we wore our masks in the parking lot, did not cause any ruckus, and barely left the room. I complained about the poor hospitality from her side and she

First the bad news: Not a great neighborhood, old stained furniture (soda and desk chair), portable AC leaks tons of water on the floor. Now the pisitives: We had 3 queen beds that were clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The rate was inexpensive compared to some.
