I've had many different dentists and orthodontic work done in my past and Dr. Peng stands out far and above the rest! The entire staff was super welcoming. The clinic has incredible technology that has made my whole dental experience pain-free and efficient compared to others. Dr. Peng has a lot of experience in dentistry/orthodontic work and can accommodate your needs so you don't have to visit multiple Dr's. Dr. Peng and the hygienists were not very gentle or careful with teeth. I visited a Dr. Peng few times when I was younger, and switched to different dentist. I came back for a single cleaning with Dr.Peng and felt highly neglected as a patient. The cleaning was rushed and way too harsh. As a person with sensitive teeth, I definitely felt lots of uncomfortable sensations during the cleaning. They use a high frequency tool that is piercing to the ears. When explaining insurance coverage, the receptionists started raising their voices.

I've waited for a few appointments before I review this office. And true be told, I've had great experiences here with Dr. Peng. She is precise, quick, and caring. Her staff has been very helpful in understanding, accommodating and helpful to specific request in scheduling and insurance related questions. I came in as a walk in & first time client who also didn’t have dental insurance at the moment. The ladies in the office are all so kind , welcoming, and professional! I was having very bad wisdom tooth pain and was just looking for somewhere to prescribe me with antibiotics so it wouldn’t become a full blown abscess/infection as my gums were already beginning to swell. I was able to get 2 X-rays done and the tooth completely extracted within a few hours! The price was also not bad at all considering I was paying out of pocket. I first went to this dental office for an emergency I was in incredible pain and had recently moved. The doctor came in on their day off to see me the very next day. I ended up calling this dental office because of the distance from my current home and now I’ve continued to stay because of the service. I’ve never felt more comfortable at any other office and trust Dr. Peng to not only make the right decisions but perform with more than exceptional professionalism. Ive recommended friends and family and if you’re reading this look no further this is the office you’re trying to find.

First, I have had some awful dental experiences and am very anxious about going to the dentist. They are AMAZING. They immediately made me feel so comfortable. They didn't embarrass me, shame me, and even took the time to explain my insurance coverage. Turns out I had more then I thought!! They were even kind enough to reach out to my orthodontist and ask them to submit a claim for work I didn’t know was covered! Seriously if I could give 10 stars I would! If you’re nervous about going to the dentist, go here!
