Arlene began her professional career as a middle school math teacher, after graduating with a B.A. in Education from Arizona State University in 1991.

I am disappointed in my dealing with Prescott Tax and Paralegal. I send them an email and I did get an answer back then tried to call them 3 times. First time, left a message. Second time, receptionist answers and she said she would take the message and have someone call me back. No one ever called me back after a week. I called again, the receiptions said she would get with one of the people that do wills/trust and find out the information. She said I will call you back Friday ( which was the next day) I did not receive a courtesy call saying that they could help or if they were not able to do

While Melissa was very helpful in the preparation of our documents to file for a tenant eviction she misrepresented herself. She told us that document preparation was viable on court and that we would be awarded them back in our judgment. This is NOT the case, the judge told us that we would have to file yet another small claims. $395.00 for document preperation we would have done ourselfs. My recomendation is GO TO AN ATTORNEY so you can recieve the proper answeres not the answer of a document preparer who just wants to collect your money and tell you what, they think you WANT to here

Arlene Rheinfelder, knows your taxes. I'm probably going to sound like a commercial for Arlene. Certainly a cheerleader. I'm so impressed with her. I've had the same accounting company for more than 17 years, they are equally impressive but they are in Tucson and I really needed a personal touch since my accountant retired. Arlene took my very complicated taxes, completed them and got them out before a deadline. This sounds like what accountants do... Sounds like what they're supposed to do right?!... but she did it in days before a deadline. She's incredibly knowledgeable
