The Harley-Davidson Diner at South East Harley-Davidson is formerly Leo's Diner of Rochester, New Hampshire. The diner itself is a 1946 Worcester Dining Car ordered specially by Leo in 1946. The diner has gone virtually unchanged through the years and was operated solely by Leo until his death in 1985.

As extra ordinary as this dealership is , I must warn all to beware of all the other Harley dealerships in the area. The other nearby dealerships are notorious for ripping off customers with high markups and misinformation.

I bought my bike here a couple of years ago and it was a great experience. The sales people, management, service, and everything else seemed to be well above par. Now when I walk in there are barely any bikes and not one person said as much as "hi" to me. They have a sign on the front door saying "we are not going out of business". I'm just wondering what's going on. I know the pandemic has affected everybody, but it would be sad if we lost this historical landmark in the greater Cleveland area.

Southeast Harley has the most awesome group of people working for them!
From the first time I talked with Shane to find the bike I wanted to the time the driver delivered me at home!
They went well above and beyond of what they had to do!
My friend dumped his bike on the way there and was not able to ride it. I called Shane and they sent someone over to pick up his bike right away.
They all were very supportive and caring when I came into the dealership.
The finance department had everything ready and was very comforting to talk to.
They offered to trail my bike home since I was upset. They

I won't be taking any of my business to this dealership I've been dealing with them for years and they're not even the dealership I brought my bike from. I had a workorder while my bike was in storage picked my bike up in the Spring Had to take it back because they never performed the work So I take my bike To the dealership where I brought it from to get work done, some upgrade come to find out South East Harley Davidson put my intake seal on backwards this guy at Southeast harley named Greg tells me why should he believe them I should have brought the bike there to get the work done, not when

Number one Harley store on the planet they have everything all kinds of historic pictures all kinds of motorcycling equipment and an incredible diner excellent food I had to BLT and tater tots I cannot say enough good things about this place it's a place to go visit have a good meal stroll around and of course if you want to buy a Harley I can't think of a better place great service department great salesman I had a wonderful waitress highly highly recommended

Short notice 1,000 mile service request turned into one of the best service experiences I've had at a Harley-Davidson dealership. (And my home town shop is always Fantastic. ) Great service department got me in and out in less than 2 hours! Hardly provided enough time to shop and enjoy the history throughout South East Harley-Davidson. Thank you Greg K and your team. Wonderful job. Great dealership! i had been going to many others over the years for service and even to some local repair shops but when we purchased our 2015 Ultra in WV i needed to find a dealer that could handle our warranty needs on this bike. we still travel to WV for our regular maintance but for work that needs done under warranty we go to South East Harley. we live in Willoughby and tried the dealer out by us but the service dept was terrible! SE was recommended by several friends and we allways get treated fairy there. I do recommend the dealership over many in the area.

Southeast Harley Davidson in itself is a great place but the diner is a major thumbs down. Stopped there for a quick bite. Ordered coffee, soda water, a side of fries, side of fried mushrooms, and a half BLT sandwich. The coffee and soda came right up. Then we sat and waited. Waited some more. Coffee is gone. Server was nowhere to be found. Fourty minutes later still no server and still no food. How long can it possibly take to fry up french fries, mushrooms and stack a simple sandwich? Got disgusted and had to go find someone to let them know we'd given up and just want the bill for the

Horrible horrible place to take your bike went in there for Full exhaust install with the race tune! charged me $400 never even did the the dyno when I went to another dealership they informed me that the previous race tune on my CVO limited was never dynoed from the stock map!

I had a great time here. I stopped in on a trip I took to the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee and then to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships.
This particular dealership is one I highly recommend stopping at. They have the most unique showroom I saw on the trip. They build a mini town inside with a bar and restaurant. Check out my pictures! They had beers on tap and had beer shuffle board going on for prizes!
The staff greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gave me the lay of the land and sent me on my way to checkout the showroom

This place is not much to look at on the inside at all, but you get inside and it's cool as whiz! There is a full service diner built INSIDE the dealership that serves lunch everyday. I got there too late to have lunch but it looks neat. They also have Elvis's bike on display and a few neat old HD's dating back to the 40's. The store has a neat design looking like something out of Silver Dollar City with their storefronts running along the walls. The staff were also super friendly!

I broke down in Cleveland on a cross country trip during the weekend of Ohio Bike Week. Rock and Roll Harley was booked up and told me I was pretty much screwed. S.E. Harley was also booked up, however they wanted to help out a guy on the road, and they did so in very fine style. Sent a truck to pick me up, sent another truck to get the part I needed from Youngstown, got me on the lift right away, fixed up and back on the road quickly...even washed a million bugs off my windshield. And they didn't gouge me on the price, actually discounted the parts and labor, and didn't charge for

If you need parts for your Harley in the North East Ohio area then this is the dealer you need to see.
During the rebuild of my 93 FXRS-SP I frequently contacted all the dealers in the area and every single part I needed was only in stock at southeast.
Great people and service as well. Highly recommended.

As Michelle C. so aptly states - this is indeed the coolest Harley-Davidson dealership I've had the pleasure of visiting.
First of all, the place is huge! And it has a diner inside! A diner! They serve traditional greasy spoon breakfasts and lunch here - open until 4:00 pm I believe. And there is also a bar!
They also have all sorts of interesting antique and vintage H-D stuff interspersed throughout the store. And H-D rides and games. See many of the pix I uploaded to their listing.
The staff is also super nice!
I bought some H-D muscle shirts, t-shirts, poker chips, and dealer pins.

I bought my first HD in July 2011 in Denver, Colorado... So i have been checking out the shops as i travel for work or visit back home.
In this case I was visiting back home ( OHIO) for vacation and remembered seeing this shop often when growing up... I talked my mom into coming with me and we stopped to eat there and do some shopping :)
I was surprised to see the diner so busy for a weekday lunch break in November... and by a bunch suites... probably all had something HD on them... hiding underneath... but still the same :). .. they had a good crowd.
We sat down and I had a cheesesteak
