Firstly, expect a Telehealth appointment from one of the PAs (not physician) that will last no longer than 5-10 minutes as you will be constantly reminded that they are busy and need to get to the next patient. I had no problem getting a prescription for medication that I asked for, but there was very little assessment of my condition which definitely lowered my confidence in the level of care. Secondly, the staff working at this office is the rudest I have ever experienced at any medical facility. I understand that they are busy, but there is no excuse for sounding snarky and annoyed at patients

True pill factory here! I don’t even remember the guys name I dealt with, but my first consult I was prescribed high doses of 4 different meds with varying side effects. I took them not knowing they all weren’t necessary (and you shouldn’t start a bunch of meds all at once) since it was then hard to figure out which pill was causing my side effects. During my initial consult, I answered a short questionnaire you could probably find online, which I was consistently talked over and shushed. My next two video appointments, the PA never even showed up. So thankful I found Core Mental Health counseling

Completely invalidating and cold. i’ve seen two people who work at this practice both have made me feel completely uncomfortable and belittled for experiencing my mental illnesses. most recent experience left me crying. if you need help from someone thoughtful and caring i would not recommend this place.

Williamsville Psychiatry has wholeheartedly increased my quality of life after dealing with untreated anxiety and depression for so long. All the bad reviews are sad to see, given Benita & Tasha are so helpful and are an absolute joy to speak with. I began here as a patient seeing Emily Curfman PA-C, who I am eternally grateful for. However, after she left for another opportunity, I started seeing Jasmine Solomon NP and I can only say the same for her. I love the relaxed environment created during my appointments, I’m not interrogated like a test subject (as other providers have done to me in

Almost impossible to get a hold of someone without being on hold for at least 5-15 minutes to MAYBE get in touch with someone... You can't leave a message because their mailbox is full. Everything is online and the programs they use to manage and communicate with their patients makes it seem like there's a thicker concrete wall between us because it's so hard to get to your np. Staff was nice when it was in person... but since the pandemic, I hear in their voice over the phones that I'm annoying them, and someone with anxiety finds it hard to approach someone when they're treated like that lol

I was seeing a PA that decided to go to a different group and she said someone new would be in touch to get established with. No one ever got in touch. So when I called my pharmacy to get my prescription filled they said they would have to contact the office because I have no refills left. That was Thursday. I called the office Friday and had to leave a message. I called the pharmacy today (Monday) to see if the script was ready and they still hadn’t heard back from Williamsville Psychiatry. So I called again today (Monday) and actually got a hold of someone. I’ve been out of anxiety/depression

Had my first appointment with them in the beginning of May. I had one major concern with being put on a medication and it was to avoid one with a specific side effect. My concern was completely ignored and the main side effect was the one I was trying to avoid. I was then told I would be contacted for a two week recheck and nobody contacted me. I left a voicemail to schedule it and nobody called me back. I then left a second voicemail wanting to change my medication due to the side effects and again setting up a recheck. I still got no call back. I then attempted to message them through their website

I have seen a lot of negative reviews but I cannot do the same. The ladies in the front are so awesome. Love the chats and how nice they are. Love the honesty from them as well. We visit once a month and due to COVID have preferred and enjoy the phone or tele appointments. I cannot say that when we first started going there I felt the same. I hated the long waits especially for my son. Sometimes felt a bit misunderstood or unheard. I can say that Doctor Hashim did well but I really appreciate Greg now. He is super engaging with my son who is now 12. My son loves the history talks they have at their

The doctors are Great and the staff is amazing. They understand the details of things, carefully listen and don’t make any assumptions at all. They are extremely accommodating with the changes happening and make sure you never miss a beat. They are obviously very knowledgeable. One may think this is standard but if you were ever misdiagnosed more than once you are aware of the bit of trust you lose for the practice. This has happened to me personally but this is the first time in a long time I trust everything told to me without a single doubt
