We have used Big Bounce Rentals twice now—for our 5 year old’s birthday party and again for our 3 year old. We’ve had a fantastic experience both times. They have set up at least an hour ahead of time, which my kids love because they get to bounce around for awhile before all the other kids show up. The bounce has been clean upon arrival, or if it’s not they vacuum it out and wipe it down right there on site. The gentlemen who have set it up have been generous and friendly.

I would highly recommend working with Big Bounce Party Rentals for any party. We rented a bouncy house for my sons party. Unfortunately, it was supposed to storm the day of the party so we reach out to them and they refunded every dollar back. Most places keep a deposit or something but he understood. It’s very hard to find a family friendly place who actually cares about the customers these days but this place had no hesitation to treat us right! We will be using them again and we will recommend them to anyway.

Dealt with Mr. Marty in planning in our event - he was very courteous and kind. Our event was cancelled due to rain - throughout the week he kept in touch to update us about weather changes and the possibility of rain. It was so easy to book the water slide we needed on the website. They arrived about 30 minutes earlier than planned due to their busy day, so we had some extra time with the water slide. They were courteous and friendly as they set up the slide. They arrived on time to pick it up and even rolled our hose back up. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for a fun day!

Great products, friendly service, and very dependable. Marty was great to work with and very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We held a March Madness event and needed an inflatable basketball game. Setup and breakdown was easy and no fuss. We will definitely be using his services again for our inflatable games!

We used them for my son’s birthday. He had an absolute blast on the slides!! They showed up early to make sure everything was set up by the time guests arrived, and came back to pack up everything after the party. I’m so glad we rented from this company for the big day. Everything was great, and the kids couldn’t have had more fun!!! Will definitely be using them for all future bdays!
