We also carry a wide variety of custom items such as storage sheds, arbors, pergolas, planters, walkways, and trash enclosures. As we mentioned above, we construct many of our products at our facility where we have been located for decades. This allows for the flexibility to customize orders to suit the customer's needs and taste.

Services
Our Shore Vinyl PVC fencing is available in a wide variety of styles. We have broken them down into three major categories: Contemporary, Thru Picket and Privacy. Contemporary - Contemporary Picket Fences use rails on the top and bottom with the "fill" pickets "sandwiched" between them. Lower fences, such as 3' and 4' high, usually have only two rails, top and bottom (w/ aluminum channel).
We custom build cedar wood fences to coordinate with the landscape and design of your home. Cedar is basically maintenance free and resistant to salt air and water. Fencing made from cedar will provide years of trouble free durability as well as natural beauty. Untreated, cedar will weather to a classic silver gray or it can be stained with any color you select.
We offer a wide selection of ornamental aluminum fencing and railing, from ornate entry gates to simple pool fencing. Below we have shown some of out most recent projects. We offer a full line of chain link products as well. We can provide for the largest of industrial projects to the more economical back yard barrier.
Our storage sheds are available with either vinyl or DuroTemp painted siding. The sheds on our lot are for sale (unless noted otherwise). We have tried to pick out the most popular colors and options, although others are available.
The sheds that are on the lot are typically available for delivery with in a week (pending PERMITS, etc.) The lead time for custom ordered sheds is typically much longer and varies throughout the year, depending on current demand and backlog.When ordering a custom shed, you can choose from our large selection of colors and arrange the doors and windows to your preference as long as it does not interfere with the structural components of the shed.

We used Homestead when we built our home many years ago and were pleased with their work. Naturally, when we needed minor repairs done to our fence, after ONE panel and three posts sustained damage, we reached back out to Homestead to give us an estimate for repair. The estimate provided was incredibly high (nearly $1,000) and was not itemized, therefore we requested an itemized bill. We were told they could not provide us with an itemized bill unless we agreed to pay them $75 for this detail. I've never in my life heard of such a thing! I surely thought this was a mistake. No... no mistake

This company is the WORST. They quoted a 2 1/2 week install time, and take a 60% deposit. Six weeks later and numerous phone calls, they finally set up a day for my install. Without notice, the install was cancelled, and I took a day off from work for nothing. When I finally got someone on the phone, they knew nothing about my install.
I finally cancelled my order with them, and was told they would not return my deposit because we had a contract. American Express refunded my money, but it's just annoying to wait close to seven weeks from the quote only to start this process all over again
