A dear friend arranged for us to receive a gift basket from this company. It was spectacular. The items were arranged in a very attractive pyramid. The selection emphasized local products which was great fun for this former California resident. Everything was fresh and a fun choice. The fruit was the most spectacular quality. If you know Gelson's grocery in California, I can tell you I never saw any fruit there as beautiful and flawless as this. The flowers were lovely, not usual choices and they lasted a really long time! You can order with confidence.

I was very impressed by the care expressed by whoever delivered my bouquet when I didn’t answer the door. I was inside but I wasn’t able to get to the door. About 10 minutes later the woman who delivered my bouquet called me to make sure that I knew there was a bouquet on my doorstep. I appreciate that extra little bit of care on her part and thank it speaks well of their business.

Wow I came in today looking to purchase some snacks while working and realized I forgot my wallet at home, before even touching anything I politely asked if they accepted Apple Pay and instantly was told “no we do not” I then went out to my car and googled this place and it says they definitely accept Apple Pay! Not being rude I was just curious to see why I was refused business, so I called and The same exact lady seemed shocked so she put me on hold to ask the “owner” if they accept Apple Pay SMH unbelievable I’ve never been discriminated against while trying to spend money at an establishment

Got a poor arrangement for my wife's birthday. Half the flowers were dead or dying in two days. When I called, owner tried to make it MY problem, and make me go out of MY way to fix it.. rather than just doing a new delivery, which would have created a POSITIVE review. Even today, when I called back to try to send her pics I'd taken last week, she said it was too late, and again offered only a token "small bouquet" of flowers as a replacement.... which I would have had to drive across town to pick up. Never again with this shop!

I received a stunning vase of flowers from this flower shop after my mom passed away. They were more beautiful than anything I've ever received and lasted a long time. Exceptional! It took me awhile to track down this shop as the flowers were ordered at another shop and the request wired to Autumn Flourish. So, a side thank you to Castle Rock Florists for helping me find Autumn Flourish!

Honestly the worst flower arrangement I have ever ordered. The arrangement I received was spacey and looked nothing like the picture. I called Terri from autumn Florish and her response was she gives the flowers room to grow. I am sorry.... if I order a $60 arrangement I expect greenery and flowers that do not look like they’ve been sitting in hot air all day. All I wanted was a beautiful bouquet for a beautiful women on her special day. I will post a picture of what I was supposed to get compared to what I got. Waste of money and time.

Ordered a dozen red roses for Valentine's Day 2013. They were delivered -- to a residence no more than five minutes away from this florist -- with less than a half-inch of water in the vase. I sent them a polite e-mail, to which they did not respond. After 10 or 11 days, I sent them another e-mail, letting them know they'll see no more $80 orders -- or any orders, for that matter -- from me.
