My husband and I contacted Carey Brothers for our kitchen remodeling project. I have to say that everything from design to finished project was absolutely perfect. We worked with James for design and then Carol helped with design as far as products such as granite and tile backsplash and paint colors.

My project was complex for its size, and it wasn't easy to find contractors to bid on it. Carey Brothers handled it with ease. They dealt with my insurance company, hired consultants, managed sub-contractors, and interpreted my preferences with an apparent effortlessness that only experienced, attentive, high caliber professionals could.
We recently had a leaky sliding glass door (from all the rain), which damaged adjacent new hardwood floor. It turned out to be a bigger job when damage was found within the surrounding walls. I have the highest of praise for Carey Bros - they went above & beyond to do a thorough assessment of the problems, assuring us that all could be repaired.

From initial meetings with James, Janie and Matt, to the hauling away of the "Honey Bucket," the communication, inspiration and skilled workmanship of the project were almost seamlessly executed. I've worked with Carol Carey at Carey Brothers over the last year to design a kitchen remodel and a bath remodel. I felt comfortable leaving my home in their hands while I went about my daily errands. I have used them for other projects over the past 3 years. They usually return phone calls same day. We had a great experience with professional work from Carey Brothers. Engaged Carey Brothers to remodel a library like open room into a closed office. With doors and internal windows in some open portals. Efficient, professional with a solid design phase. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I contacted Carey Bros to install a barn door I'd already purchased. It was oversized and heavy. Matt immediately followed up with me to let me know he was going out of town for a week but would get back to me on his return. He did as promised. He came and looked at the project and made the appointment for install. He showed up on time.
They did a beautiful job of hanging the door and it fit perfect. Very professional and I really appreciated all of the communication. It is nice to find a reliable contractor.

Disappointing experience with what I thought was going to be a great contractor. Met with consultant twice expressing we needed some appointment flexibility outside of 9-5 hours and we both work. After multiple consultations for a full kitchen remodel, numerous meetings and full documentation of our scope of work, they declined to move forward with further discussions as they were inflexible for meeting after 5pm or on weekends.
