Starting your Chiropractic care program is easy. The first step is to fill out our patient intake forms. The next step is to call our office at 256-350-1166 to schedule an initial consultation with Dr. Maxwell. On your first visit, you will sit down with Dr. Maxwell and discuss your current health complaints and pain issues.
Dr. Maxwell typically sets aside 45-60 minutes in his schedule to review a new patient's health history, complaints, and to do an examination with x-rays. A current list of prescription or over-the-counter medications and supplements you are taking. Any x-rays, MRI, or reports from another doctor that have been performed within the past year.
Dr. Phillip Maxwell is President of the Alabama State Chiropractic Association and has 29 years experience in the field of Chiropractic. Dr. Maxwell was born and raised in the Tennessee Valley, a native of Florence, Alabama. He attended the University of North Alabama and went on to Palmer University of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where he received his doctorate in Chiropractic.
