Parsons started the home appliance repair and service business in 2009 and in 2017 his father, Ivan "Geary" joined him in the office, then in 2020 his mother, Jan joined the business in the office also. Due to the increase in business Ivan "Geary" does Parts Dept., I.T. and Warranty. While Jan answers the phone and schedules our Technicians and does all accounting.

A clothes dryer works by forcing hot dry air through a turning drum. The combination of tumbling clothes and the rapid replacement of hot dry air dries the clothes. Lint and moisture are bi-products of this process and are pulled from the drum by fan motor and then pushed through the remaining exhaust conduit.

This is the second time I had to call Advanced Appliance repair and once again they did a stellar job. The first time the repair was a big one involving replacing the rubber seal of the washing machine door. This time it was operator error( remember to empty all the pockets before washing things).Each timenI was impressed with their service and will certainly use them again.

I am glad to see that others got great service from this company, but I feel that if they do not want to work for you, they will give you the runaround. I felt they were not being completely accountable. They started off well and we were having good communication ... but then after two emails and two phone calls and no call back -- well, I am sorry, but I just consider this very poor service. I cannot give any higher than 1 star for this kind of treatment.
