I can honestly say that this is the best dentist office I have ever been to. I’ve always had a bad phobia of the dentists; like really bad. My husband actually had to schedule my first appointment for me because I was too terrified.

SOUTH COAST METRO IS AMAZING ON ALL LEVELS.

AMAZING DENTIST. You rarely find a good dentist like Dr Wu. Has a lot of knowledge in dental care and very very "good hands" in working with my mouth. I didn't feel a thing. Very thorough in explaining about her findings with her dental exam with my mouth, explaining the care I need and what expectations I should have. My family moved

South Coast metro dentist and the team are an excellent choice for a dentist. Anton was professional, kind, and is a great dental assistant who did my Invisalign impressions perfect. Evey was really sweet and did my cleanings. Finally Dr Dugas was such a genuine human. It's tough to find honest and transparent people in the medical/dental field. I would HIGHLY recommend selecting this dentist for the Orange County area!

I came to this office to have an implant placed and from the payments to the procedure and post-treatment appointments, it all exceeded my expectations. The team really cares about my oral health and comfort. I had an implant placed with another oral surgeon in Long Beach last year so when comparing the skills/techniques of Dr. Ahn (an oral surgeon at this office) for this year's implant, it's on another level. Well I found a best friend with this location. I was so hesitant to go to any new dentist, I have easily avoided going to the dentist for years but needed to go. The oral surgeon that pulled my tooth, wow, cant say enough. he was fantastic. The whole staff took there time with me and answered all my questions. They took care of this chicken.

Dr. Dugas took on the task of fixing shoddy and damaging dental work I had done in the past. I needed time consuming work done and Dr. Dugas was very patient, gracious and provided excellent care and dental work. His gentle demeanor and calming nature puts you at ease immediately and minimizes any stress you may have.

I'm so happy I found this place! From the moment I walked in I felt like I was with friends and well taken care of. The front office staff, x-ray technician, dental hygienist, Evie, and Dr. Dugas are all amazing! I'm not a fan of x-rays but I was really impressed with the x-ray technician's kindness and patience. She made it bearable! Their technology is state of the art and it was cool to see the digital x-rays of my teeth. I came in for a consultation but they were able to also squeeze me in for a cleaning. I'm self employed with an extremely busy schedule. Without dental insurance, i was reluctant when i broke a filling, to go just anywhere. A friend suggested SCM Dentistry, he said they had a reasonable in house dental plan, that would help with my needs. He was spot on, not only did Dr. Dugas and staff accommodate my time restraints with appointment scheduling, they made the whole process seamless. I was able to sign up for their plan, had discounted treatment and will be able to continue with routine cleanings and check ups on a regular basis. 5 stars and thank you to Lexus, Alex, Evey, Anton

South Coast Metro Dentist is hands down the best place to go for any dental work in the Orange County area. Dr. Dugas is extremely professional as well as Anton, and they both make sure the patient feels comfortable and relaxed. Sherri was incredibly nice and amazing with setting up my finance plan, and even called to remind me of my appointments. The office is new and everything is clean so there’s nothing but positive things to say about my experience at South Coast Metro!
