I rented my home in Encinitas for 12 years and Robinson Realty was the third of three property management companies I contracted with. I wish they would have been the first and the only.

My property was in shambles due to mismanagement by previous manager. I found Gary on Yelp and told him my situation. He recommended contractors to help me with clean up and renovation. The people he recommended were excellent and reasonable. Long story short, my property was restored beautifully beyond my expectation. It was rented out soon after. Robinson Realty is a great property management company. I have worked with them for four years and two homes. They are efficient, responsive, careful and quick to arrange for repairs and to deal with any maintenance issues that arise. The companies and handymen they recommend are first rate; anytime Gary recommended someone or some company, we knew the repair/replacement was going to be done right. Gary Robinson was my property manager for many years. This year I moved back into the condo that Gary managed for me. Prior to my move, I lived in L.A. so I relied on Gary 100% for everything concerning my unit. He deserves 10 stars! Absolutely excellent. My tenants loved him because he is so nice and kind (me too). Gary Robinson, at Robinson Realty has been our landlord and our buyer’s agent. He went above and beyond for us going through the whole process of renting a home and then transitioning into looking to buy a home and ultimately, buying our first home. Gary Robinson is as good as it gets! He managed my property until recently when I moved back in. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is the best property manager around, and I have been blessed to have him as mine. He is that good. He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive -- and my tenants love him! He makes good decisions and knows how to communicate well with tenants, especially when there are problems (e.g. plumbing issues). I lived 2 hours away from my unit and 100% relied on Gary. He handled everything for me; I never worried because I knew Gary had it under control
