This place is great. Their motorcycle inventory fluctuates, but there's always stuff to throw your leg over. They have all the top tier riding gear, and their sales team is knowledgeable and patient while you try everything on. The service department is great also. I've only had tires changed, but they beat competitor prices by roughly 25% and they performed the service while i wait. I keep coming back even though i live an hour away now.

I went in there with my brother, ready to buy new helmets, boots, etc. No staff could be bothered to acknowledge us. Unfortunate. Left without purchasing anything. The staff appeared to be more concerned about chatting with eachother. Only reason I'm giving them a 2 instead of 1 is that they appeared to have a decent selection of gear.

After another dealer sold a unit out from under me (with a deposit on it!), I went on the search for another Can Am Commander and found what I was looking for here. I worked with Nicolai. He was super responsive and worked me an even better deal than the previous dealer and better financing options! Their F&I guy was awesome too! Super efficient experience and would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new ATV or dirt bike. I may even drive the 2 hours back there again for the next one!

Highly recommend! If you are going into the service department, Bobby is the man. All the guys there are great though. If your at the parts counter, Mike and Noah and extremely knowledgeable and are always happy to guide you in the right direction based on their experience. I haven't made any new purchases, but I would expect the experience to be the same. 5 star shop here!

I had a bad experience with Coleman Powersports in falls church,va and Phil at JT was able to knock it out oF the park and save the day. I got the same deal as I was supposed to get at the other place and did it with ease. I rode off with a brand new 2020 zx14r smiling from ear to ear. JT has my loyalty's for being treated like a family member and not a schmuck off the streets.

Been my shop of choice pretty much since they opened. Have always had great service from both sales and service departments. Recently had my Concours 14 in to repair some damage and Bobby was fantaastic. Might seem trivial to some but was very suprised that they even replaced my Army veteran decal on the bag. It's the little things like that will keep me coming back.

JT Motorsports rock! I ordered a backrest for my 2015 Spyder. I screwed up and told them the wrong type of seat that I had so the backrest I ordered wasn't the right one. They ordered the correct one and knowing I had a ride planned for Saturday, managed to get it installed the day before. Before this, I had a front sprocket go bad(apparently a common problem in Spyders). I have a crappy after market extended warranty, but they were very patient and persistent in contacting the warranty company to get the repair covered.

Great experience today at JT Motosports. I had my initial service completed today and received great customer service from Bobby at a very reasonable price. They also fixed my top case and installed heated hand grips. While in the shop my sister and I received a very informative session on helmets from Noah. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient and pleasant. So happy I have a great shop near me now. JT Motosports also has a huge selection of Klim gear. I highly recommend JT Motorsports in Frederick, MD.

Came to this dealer last year and ended up purchasing elsewhere because of smug piss poor service. What I can say is at least on that visit someone greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Decided to try them again rather than going out of state or driving out of my area and guess what, still the same service except no one got up to say a word. I've had friends purchase from here recently so I decided to give them another shot as I need to add another bike to the stable. No luck...I then went and purchased the 1000r somewhere else and I still needed to purchase a helmet so I went back today

I've had my KTM in service there and felt treated in timely and respectful manner. Guys were great and Kyle kept me up to date. But the real story here is Mike. I have traveled quite a bit riding and he is the best parts professional I have ever worked with. Honest and knowledgeable advice and fair prices are painfully missing at many dealer shops these days and though I do not live close, I do make the drive out there. Mike patiently went over several handlebars until we agreed on what would work best. I get the feeling with guys such of those mentioned, this shop is in business of

I have been going here for over 20 years. If you need a helmet or jacket, Mike is the man to see. He has unreal knowledge and will fit you right. They will work with you on parts prices if you find them cheaper online and usually have everything within a couple days. I have had them do the tires on our chrome rims going on 7 years and have never had one mark. I can't really speak for the service as I do my own, but everything else we are very pleased with and enjoy going there.

I am the owner of Derek's Towing based in Frederick, MD. We have been towing motorcycles here a long time. Unfortunately JT motorsports isn't always open to deliver the bikes personally, so we started offering our motorcycle customers free indoor storage at our facility for their bikes when being towed to JT motorsports after hours. Recently I acquired a motorcycle of my own that wouldn't run. I towed it right over to JT motorsports. They got it fixed in no time at a reasonable rate. I was in here on Saturday June 21. They were having a fish fry outside that one of the biker clubs were having. I was just planning on coming in and having them take a look at my GS500F for a possible trade in. Josh the sales guy really was great and help me. We told him we wanted a GREAT deal, and thats exactly what we got. very little negotiation and then signed the 2 papers. It started to rain as we were getting all the paper work done so we had to arrange a tow truck to come get the bike to bring it 20 minutes to Lucketts. They were very helpful with finding the closest motorcycle tow. Overall
