My husband and I looked a couple of weeks for our first camper. We found Norman Campers and I am so glad we did! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and an all around easy process. We have used our camper 4 times now and everything is perfect! Tim was awesome and very patient with us as we had a lot of questions being first time camper buyers he took the time and answered all of our questions. First time buying an RV and I had look at so many but wanted something small and then found it at this family own dealer with great prices and the best no dealer fees. I am in another state (Florida) and Tim (the owner) was exceptional he helped with all the process (buying and financing) over phone and via email and made me feel at ease, as I was buying an RV, that I had only seen in picture. After looking for a camper at a couple other dealers, we drove a couple hours from Alabama to Marietta, GA to Norman Campers. The owner, Tim, is very straightforward and honest. We had to wait a few weeks for the camper due to shutdowns at the factory level, but he kept us posted on the progress of our camper. We got our camper for considerably less than the other dealers we looked at and it came with all the accessories at NO extra charge. It even came with a ladder on the back and a spare tire! I have taken my new to me used Roadtrek into the shop for diagnosis and repair by Steve several times and he always does a thorough job. Honesty and dependability. I couldn't have had a better experience when making a big purchase like that I had at Norman Campers on Austell Road in Marietta Georgia. I visited 3 dealerships looking, but a lot of people I know kept telling me I needed to go to Norman Campers. Once I did my search was over. We just purchased a new camper from Norman. They were highly recommended by several friends for their small business / doing a deal with a friend vibe. We checked out a couple of the big franchises first, then visited Norman. The experience was night and day (not that the other was terrible). Tim (the owner) knew his campers back and forth, was very upfront about the pros and cons of each. He found a camper that met our needs, rather than the other way around.
The financing and closing process was a breeze. No add on fees other than sales tax was a nice surprise. We will definitely do business

Great place to buy an fifth wheel or travel trailer. Tim was great to work with and is very honest! We bought a camper from here. Tim explained to us about pulling a travel trail and how the size of the vehicle matters in relationship to trailer length. All the other deals wanted to put us in the heaviest trailer we could tow (which meant longer). Upon further research he was 100% right. They were concerned with the safe of my family and others on the road with us. Glad someone is still concerned with safety and not just making money.
