Cracked the screen on my s20+ and got it replaced by this outfit. Had some ghost touching but didn't bring it in for the 30 days cause I had already poured a tempered glass screen on it. Didn't learn my lesson on getting a good phone cover and cracked it again. Brought it back in again and this time no ghost touches! Turnaround time is great. They do get pretty busy and I imagine too focused on their work to give call backs. Just go in with the mindset that you'll probably have to give them a call to get updates. Fixed my phone in just over 24 hours after dropping it and the screen went completely black. Saved me from having to get a new phone and I was able to save the data. Make sure to get a screen protector on after picking it up immediately. Not sure that they have access to the exact screen that comes stocked with the phone but it seems to scratch easily.

After breaking my iPad a year ago, they repaired it and since then repaired my iPhone screen several times as I am extremely rough on my phones. Trey is amazing, and I will never going anywhere else for my electronic repairs. Atmosphere, professionalism and there quickness are all bonus.

Was destroyed. The glass on the camera was gone, the front camera didn't work. my screen was prettu much shattered and there was a hole right beside the home button. but now EVERYTHING works great. It feels like a brand new phone! Thank you so much.

I brought in a Mac Book Pro. Explained the battery was the issue, there was an audible POP and a smell coming from the laptop. It no longer powered on. The agent behind the counter, tried powering in it on. Smelled the laptop and agreed he could smell the burnt scent coming from the laptop. He said they wouldn't get to it for 2 weeks. I wasn't in a hurry and told him it would be fine. He then tried to send me somewhere else, acting as though they were just too busy to bother. He said he would have to order a replacement battery. Again i said it's fine. I'm not in a hurry, lets replace it. He again

I went down there to get a simple battery replacement for my smart watch! The battery was there in 3 days but they didn't call me for 2 weeks! Then they said "the technician will call me once it's installed and that was another three weeks!! No joke serious lack of communication skills and poor management.

I broke my phone back in April. I went to Redding Smart Repair the next day to get it fixed. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and professional. They got my screen fixed super fast and I was happy my phone was working again, for the low low cost of $202. The first thing I noticed was that the screen had a dark purple hue to it. That was odd to me but my phone was fixed right? So I wasn’t too upset. Well I noticed other things like my phone would ghost touch and open random apps, call my emergency contacts from my Lock Screen, the 3D Touch wasn’t working correctly and was acting weird

Yesterday was my second visit to Redding Smart Repair. The first time to have the battery and camera replaced in my Apple 8. The cost was reasonable and the service was quick. My iPad Air2 would not charge and the charging cable would not properly connect. I expected the charging port to be replaced. They took a quick look and pulled a very small piece of metal out of the charging port. The iPad works great and there was no charge. Thanks RSR, I'll see you next time.

Friendly people but a little disappointed with how my repair turned out. Replacement screen for my Apple Watch took two weeks after originally being told just a couple days. Unfortunately the replacement screen is noticeably not flush with the rest of the watch body on one side. Not sure how this will affect the water resistance. But, at least it works again.

They did a good job. I took an iPad in for a cracked screen a couple of days before going out of town. While doing the repair, they discovered that the home button was also damaged from the crack. The extra part would have to be ordered. Since I had mentioned I was going out of town, they fixed the screen and showed me how to use it without a home button. When I got back into town, the extra part was ready, and they finished the repair.

Was visiting my in laws. And my screen started flickering green and eventually just turned black. Knew the screen had gone bad. Trey was quick to response about a quote. Came in for a new screen took less than an hour for him to replace it while he had people coming in and out for repairs. Even hooked it up with a tempered glass for the phone! hard to come by and find good local shops. Trey and in & out smart repair is definitely a place to take your phones or tablets in!!

These guys are the best. I used to go to the mall or Best Buy to get my phone repaired but never again. Tre and his team are incredible. I went in yesterday to get the screen on my apple watch fixed, (btw I was thankful they were open cause no one else is). I also brought my sons iPad that would not reboot, dropped them off and within 2 hours everything was ready. Watch and tablet work great, prices were good and service was polite and professional. Keep up the great work, I hope I don't crack a screen again, but if I do I'll be coming back.

The battery on my cell phone has been losing it's charge earlier and earlier in the day after charging all night. Stopped by the shop today and an option was to purchase a new battery. $75.00 including tax, with more charging capacity then I had and will last at the higher charge for 2 to 4 years.
I thought that was a solid purchase.

2 weeks into a new screen and it's acting funny. I press on an ap and it won't open. It's like I'm just pressing nothing. When it happens, it's all aps too. Sometimes my keyboard stalls or lines go across the keyboard when I'm typing. I'm wondering how it will be 2 weeks from now. They might have to put another screen on it and hopefully this won't happen again.

The staff here we're knowledgeable, friendly, and prioritized my needs. I brought in my destroyed smart phone with little to no hope of getting any of my data and memories off of the phone, which was my fault for not backing my phone up and was told by my phone carrier there was no way for me to restore any of it. but within two days they had solved the problem and made it possible for me to get all my stuff back onto my new phone. i've never written a review for any business before, but the service i experienced from in & out smart repair gave me no other choice but to make a yelp
