This backyard features a large pavilion, a 50x23' patio and outdoor kitchen with pizza oven. This backyard includes a covered patio with heaters and outdoor kitchen, pool surround and Jacuzzi, fire pit, pool house with kitchen and bathroom, fireplace with wooden pergola, and Bocce ball area.

Depending on the scope of the job will determine if a zoning and/or building permit is required. We will file for the necessary permits. The customer is responsible for payment.

Nicosia made our vision a reality, we are going to miss the Nicosia team being around. Not only are they great workers, they are great people! The team pushed hard until 630 every night 6 days a week and they were extremely focused on the details. We had challenges with permits from our town / pool company and Tony was extremely accommodating to our schedule. Our patio came out absolutely amazing, Can’t thank you the guys enough, you have a customer for life and a reference any time you need one!

Tony Nicosia and crew had built a beautiful paver 2 level patio 10 years back which was a selling feature of my home in Marlboro. After moving and having a muddy yard I truly missed my old patio so I called Tony AGAIN to design a patio for our new home. In Spring 2016 The 2 level patio design as well as new Pool decking with coping area was complete and turned out incredible. I love the Cambridge pavers!! It makes our yard feel like we are always on vacation !!! We had a drainage issue on the lower patio and they came back 2 years later for a repair with out fail and resolved the problem immediately

Deciding to do our backyard patio wasn't easy and didn't know where to start. We got a great recommendation from a friend of ours who also live near our house and they highly recommended Tony Nicosia and his team. We met with Tony and went through all details and pricing accurately. Once the project started, his team was there every morning on time to start their job for the day (except for the days it was raining of course :)
There are plenty of choices to go from but with our first hand experience, Tony and his company surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend!
