Let me tell you what that means to me, before going into this business I decided to give my customers what I wanted from an Air Conditioning Company. All my decisions were based on that. I have looked at purchasing 2 seperate locations for my business on Center street, here in Deer Park. But I couldn't honestly do that and still provide you with great pricing.
You see, all the costs of owning a building on Center Street would have to be passed on to you my customer. I decided my customers would rather have great pricing than buy me a building. I decided to sell great products, not just the brand name. There are great products produced by major manufacturers that don't carry the manufacturer's name and added expense!

Brico Services is a locally owned and operated HVAC company. We are licensed in the State of Texas and carry a million dollar business liability insurance policy. We also carry Workers Compensation Insurance on our Service Techs! This is very expensive but it protects YOU in the event of an accident.
Brico Services is the best air conditioning/heating company I have ever hired. Doug Wagner runs an excellent business with prices significantly cheaper than any of the other contractors I looked at. I will forever continue to use Brico Services and recommend them to anyone wanting extraordinary service.

We had a great experience with Brico! Their prices were very competitive and they were quick to schedule and complete the work. A/C unit was getting old and there has been increased vibration in the lines and the unit itself was loud and needed to be replaced already. They came out timely, topped up the freon which did help a bit but we decided to go ahead and replace the whole unit (very old) and they were back out in a couple days with a new unit to install.
They were on time, efficient, made no unnecessary damage or holes and cleaned up after themselves, wore a mask and were as considerate as possible. Would definitely recommend if you need any A/C service needs.
