John did an excellent job doing a partial demolition on our pool. He completed it within a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable rate. He was courteous and professional at all times. He cleaned up after himself before he left which I really appreciated. We had a few hiccups which is to be expected for such a big job and he handled those in a timely and professional manner. He doesn't take pay up front so you know you'll be happy when he leaves. He made a stressfully large demo very easy for us. Highly recommend his services. We will be hiring him again for our patio demo down the road.

Insisted on working in the rain which ultimately destroyed landscaping, sprinklers and concrete decking. Extra dirt brought in for pool fill was then haphazardly deposited in huge amount in the side yard creating poor drainage. They had one plan to fill the pool and no respect for my property. I came home one day to find their 7000 lb piece of equipment parked on my driveway. When they finally moved it, dirt was left inches deep. They did attempt to clean it, but what it uncovered were big gouges in the concrete of the driveway. I was quoted $4000 to $6000 for the job. He ended up charging me
