One of the worst experiences I have ever had in working with a company or individual. I submitted a rental application directly to Kathy and received no response despite repeatedly following up by phone, email, and text over two weeks. Finally over 3 weeks later I received a response from her assistant that they never received our paperwork and that the property was already being leased. This is an incredibly disappointing way to do business. I'm almost glad that it happened because I cannot imagine how awful renting from this company would be.
