Capital Lighting, we ordered your Mission Hills 9956BB Flush Mount. The picture you see when ordering looks like the first picture below. When you install it, you realize there is no bottom to the light. … What you see when looking up at the light are all the brackets holding the glass and the exposed screws holding the fixture to the junction box. It looks completely unfinished. (See the 2nd picture) I even called your customer service number and they confirmed that this was indeed the design. I’ve never seen a light fixture like this. Help me to understand this design, please.

Not a good place to work if you are a skilled lift driver used to high production. The person that they have on the floor "Supervising" is scarred of anyone with skill or who is smart because you are a threat to him. And if you show continued improvement and reliability he will make up a lie about whatever he has to to get you out the door.
